Dear Kogi,

You. Are. Brilliant. To my Tulsa friends, we might see a taco truck every now and then...and really only in east Tulsa or new construction sites. But my time in California forced me to realize how many people actually eat from mobile restaurants.

Oh, but Kogi has taken it one step further. They are serving Asian-inspired tacos and such from two trucks. That's different, though not mind-blowing. They are keeping their fans notified of their location thru, that's right, TWITTERING. They're able to hit the club scenes at night, business districts during the day, and hang-out locations on the weekend. Seriously, why haven't I thought of this?

Genius. Pure genius.
